Mrs. Or-mond Manseau and Mrs. Mary LeRoy were awarded the prizes for score and the traveling prize fell to Mrs. Frank Flavin. The April meeting of the Mothers club will be held Friday at 2:30 at the Kindergarten rooms.

The following program will be presented: Miss Mildred Faulkner will give a humorous reading, "Mrs. Pat and the Law," the same reading which she will give in the state declamatory contest, Mrs. Leon Brown will present the study topic, "Training Children to Shoulder their Martha Ballantyne will give a combination song and dance, "The Parade of Jack and Jean Ballantyne in costume will dance to Mendelssohn's "Spring Song." Eileen Parsons will be accompanist for the last two numbers. Mrs. Herman Borg and Mrs.

O. P. Cook will be the hostesses during the social hour. An invitation to all mothers is extended. A regular meeting of the American Legion auxiliary was held last evening at the home of the president, Mrs.

Lawrence Sutter, and a large attendance marked the meeting. While the ladies sewed on layettes they conducted a short business meeting. A motion carried to offer a cash prize to the school student making the best poppy poster to be used in advertising poppy day, which falls on May 26. It was also decided to furnish milk to two families of unemployed ex-service men residing in district 12. In all 12 children will be supplied.

Cards and a program were the entertaining features of the evening and the program numbers were a trumpet solo by William Scown; readings, "Beautiful Flavor," by Lfla Mattila of Terraville, and "Jack Takes Care of the Baby by Jack Dingle of Terraville. Lovely refreshments were served by the hostess assisted by Mrs. Arnold Cremers, Mrs. John Mattson and Mrs. E.
